TESTING POST: SNOWY PARTY TIME

Ahh Hinoto-Ri. City of lights, questionable wards, the 13th Hour and Personas.

SCENARIO 1
We hope you arrived in warm clothing because if not you'll sure be in for a surprise!



Hinoto-Ri is covered in snow! First you show up in a strange new place and now you're freezing cold. Maybe it's just a dream? But...you remember the man who said you were here as a special guest...don't you? Is this the city you're supposed to save?

SCENARIO 2
But tonight, there's a very old time feeling. That's right, there's a party!

It seems some demons got their hands on older musical classics. As you walk the streets tonight, you'll find the city getting into it, complete with outfits and dancing demons.

...what a way to first show up. But is this just a dream? You remember the man who said you were here as a special guest...don't you? You just hope he didn't mean some sort of dancing contest...

"Minion?" He took the pamphlet. It was one part morbid curiosity, and one part disbelief. What in the world...? She couldn't be serious, could she, asking like so? This had to be a joke; she was surely just a kid playing a game.

He put his bag of groceries on an arm so he had his hands free to open it, looking inside. "I'm really not sure how good of a minion I'd make," he admitted, looking over the page.

The pamphlet is divided into two sections - one side says 'For Monster-type Units', while the other side says 'For Human-type Units'.

Under 'Monster-type', there are benefits like 'become one with Desco's flesh' and 'Desco will come inside you'.

The 'Human-type' benefits say things like 'Freely make use of Desco's body' and 'Desco will bring a friend for your use as well'.

Look how excited the tentacle monster is!

He didn't say anything for a long moment, simply looked at the page, reading it over a few times to be sure he wasn't mis-understanding this. He had to be, though, right? Right. This was a joke. This was just a joke, and she apparently had quite a dirty sense of humor. Not like he hadn't overheard stuff like this from some of the hunters, but she was pretty young still, and-- wait, didn't that make it more likely? He wasn't sure. But this had to just be some awful joke, right?

He tried pushing those thoughts out of his mind, determinedly not allowing any of the mental images to linger that it had inspired, and did his best to keep his expression neutral as he closed the pamphlet again and offered it back to her.

"That's very... interesting... but I'm sure I wouldn't make for a very good minion, sorry."

Sorry about this, but Desco is a master of the hard sell. Which is why you are suddenly being GRABBED BY TENTACLES.

The eyes on Desco's face are narrowed, while the eyes on her dress are focused on you with laser-like intensity.

"The option on Desco's menu changed to Fuse, so please hold still while Desco comes inside you. Don't worry, you'll be big and hard once Desco is done!"

And almost before she's done speaking, she literally melts into you with a shout of "TRANSFORM!" and there you are, three times the size you normally are, and the voice of a little girl echoing inside your suddenly engorged skull.

*See how amazing it is to have Desco inside you? Now become Desco's minion!*

"Wha--" His eyes went wide as she grabbed him, and he tried backing up. Probably all the better -- he tumbled backwards out of the grocery store's doors, giving a high-pitched, birdish screep as she did her thing, and landed on his butt outside on the snowy sidewalk.

He was still for a moment, eyes wide, in shock at this, and looked down at himself. His grocery bag was now stuck there around his wrist, and--

This was all wrong!

"No." He shook his head. "No, no, no, no, no!" He turned over, getting up carefully, grabbing onto a streetlight's pole for balance as he rose, and cringing when his wings knocked into the sign over the store's entrance. It wasn't that he'd hurt himself any doing it, it was that he didn't want to damage anything. "Stop it!"

Kid, you're going to make him cry or something, if you keep this up.

"I don't!" He was getting screechy; it was an odd sound behind his human voice. Upright again, he knelt down, sitting on his heels, and wiped at his eyes with the back of his hand. "Stop it! Stop it right now!"
